Margin is worked out from the massages DELIVERED that week, not from what has been collected — a client paying late does not change what you earned. Prices are tax-included, so GST/QST is taken out before profit.
An invoice counts as unpaid only when no payment can be matched to it — GHL's own status is not trusted, because it has shown "draft" on invoices that were paid. If the card failed and the client already paid another way, use Paid another way. That records the payment. The card is not charged and no email is sent.
Opens spa-mobile.com's own booking page in admin mode: pick the client (or just type an address), then everything is exactly what a client sees — each person's massage, length, price and extras, coupons, the booking form. No card: at the end you choose how it's settled, confirmed or not, and whether it's only a test run (nothing written). Staff switched off on the booking page are included. The link is private and lasts 8 hours.
Book for a client from here — the same engine as the booking page and Leona, with no card and no payment taken. A tandem gets one therapist per person, each on their own For 1 service. Nothing is written until you tick Book for real.
This asks the same engine the booking page, voice and chat all use. For every therapist you get the road KM from their home to that address, whether they'd be shown in booking (home within their travel radius), and — tap a name — their real open dates & times. Slots the booking page would shade out because the drive is over the max are greyed, not hidden. Test-only — nothing is booked.
